Prior to diagnosis, many individuals spend vast amounts of time coping with symptoms and haphazadly research and self-diagnosing symptoms. The following self-scoring assessments were designed by Dr.Cady to enable individuals to more realistically determine if they have symptoms that merit further exploration by a qualified physician. These assessments are not meant to diagnose a person, but provide a platform for physician treatment. If you or someone you know has symptoms of one of these conditions, think through the self-assessment and contact our office to discuss results and concerns.
